Abbie Zara Dyer

ZaraJoie

(they/ them/ she/ her)

Zara is a multi-disciplinary artist whose dominant exploration uses a freehand method across varied media; such as painting, drawing and printmaking. This freehand method enables the utilisation of mark-making techniques to create expansive and bold bodies of work.

The powerful and evocative subjects of trauma and vulnerability are central themes that draw upon self-reflection built from personal experience.

This gives a voice to the silence of trauma, and drives investigations into the beauty, spiritualism and healing journey that arises from such evil actions.
